Violators of law will have to face consequences: Interior Minister

Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah has said that overall situation in Punjab regarding anarchy and disorder march by Imran Khan is calm and cool.

He was addressing a news conference along with Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Marriyum Aurangzeb in Islamabad on Wednesday. He thanked people of Punjab and Balochistan for outrightly rejecting and becoming a part of this anarchy march.

About Sindh, the Interior Minister said irrespective of some sporadic events, overall situation is also peaceful in the entire province.

He said there is activity in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where they are utilizing government sources and heading towards Islamabad with few people.

Rana Sanaullah said PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur, and Amjad Niazi leading only three to four thousand people and equipped with tear gas guns, cranes, and even arms and ammunition are heading to storm the federal capital.

He said the violators of law and the constitution will have to face the consequences.
