LAHORE: Several PTI leaders, including Dr Yasmin Rashid and Mian Mehmood ur Rasheed, have been handed 10-year prison sentences by an anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Lahore in two May 9 cases. ATC Judge Manzar Ali Gill, in his verdict issued on Monday, also sentenced former Punjab governor Omar Sarfraz Cheema and Senator Ejaz Chaudhry in the same case to 10 years. The ATC acquitted PTI’s senior leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi in the cases.
