ISLAMABAD: Auditors have declared the deputation, absorption and promotion of former chief executive officer of the Engineering Development Board (EDB) Engineer Khuda Bukhsh as illegal. Documents revealed that he had promoted himself along with some other officials while serving as the EDB CEO with a “look-after” charge.
