U.N. Security Council to vote on Houthi arms embargo

The United Nations Security Council is due to vote tomorrow on a proposal by the United Arab Emirates to impose an arms embargo on Yemen’s Houthis.

The measure needs nine votes in favor and no vetoes by Russia, the United States, Britain, France or China.
