Sindh Police should take necessary steps in view of Afghan situation: Chief Minister

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has said that in view of the Afghan situation, the police should take necessary steps in the province. We have all worked hard to establish peace in the province, especially in Karachi. I want the whole province drug free.


A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah regarding law and order in which crimes committed during 10 days were reviewed.


The Sindh Chief Minister appreciated the performance of Sindh Police and other law enforcement agencies in bringing peace on Muharram and August 14 and said that they would not allow any disturbance of peace in Sindh under any circumstances, for which the police should do their homework.


He said that the police should issue a monthly report on crime to the media in which it should be clear how many cases were reported and how many were resolved.


IG Sindh informed the meeting that 5 cases of kidnapping were reported in Sindh, 4 of these cases were abducted by speaking in the voice of women and now we are close to this group of kidnappers very soon. Will arrest


The Chief Minister Sindh was informed that a targeted operation is underway against drug mafias, 263 cases of drugs have been registered and many arrests have been made in the light of registered cases.


Murad Ali Shah instructed the police to compile data on all foreigners working here, we need to further improve their security system, including those of foreigners working in the private sector. Talk about security.


He said that security of foreigners working on various projects in Sindh should be ensured.
