The US President has signed an order to release the 9/11 investigative reports

US President Joe Biden has signed an order to release the 9/11 investigation reports. The president signed the decree just eight days before the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.

According to US media reports, President Joe Biden last month promised 1,800 Americans affected by the 9/11 attacks that he would release an investigation report before the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.

After the signing, President Joe Biden said that the Attorney General could now publish investigative reports on the 9/11 attacks in the next six months.

It should be noted that the planes collided with the Twin Towers in New York on September 9, 2011. The United States had blamed Al Qaeda for the terrorist attacks, after which the United States invaded Afghanistan.

After living in Afghanistan for 20 years, the entire US military withdrew from Afghanistan on the 31st of last month and Afghanistan is now under Taliban control.
