PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Wednesday dismissed a petition filed by former Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa chief minister Ali Amin Gandapur challenging the decision to declare PTI members of the provincial assembly as independent lawmakers.
