Corona’s war continues, with 73 more killed

ISLAMABAD – In the last 24 hours, 73 more people have lost their lives due to corona virus in Pakistan while 2,455 new cases have been reported.

According to the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), the total number of deaths in the country has reached 20,680 while the total number of affected people is 916,239. The number of active cases across the country is 58,857 and 800,000. 36,702 people have recovered from Corona.

According to the NCOC, the highest number of deaths occurred in Punjab where 9,960 people have lost their lives while 5,003 in Sindh, 4,043 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 755 in Islamabad, 107 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 273 in Balochistan and others. 539 people have lost their lives in Zad Kashmir.
