Crackdown against illegal business of Hawala Hundi in Noshera

On the directions of DG FIA Dr Sana Ullah Abbasi sb and Director KP Mujahid Akbar khan to crack down against illegal business of Hawala Hundi ,FIA CBC Peshawar conducted two raids in Noshera and arrested 02 Accused

Haji Ahmed s/o Sharif r/o Darra Adam khel, FR Kohat having Shop no 12, Mumtaz plaza, Deobandi , Swabi road, Jehangira Nowshera
Recovery 23,82,750/-
Hundi hawala reciepts etc

2..Fazal Haq s/o Abdul Raheem r/o P.O wanda Mudat, wanda umar khan, Tehsil PaharhPur, DI Khan having shop Shop 60, first floor, contoment board plaza, nowhsera bazar
Recovery Rs 20,06,000/-

They were doing business of Hawala Hundi and parallel banking without any legal authority / license. They have committed crime by violating Foreign regulation Act 1947 and AMLA .Two separate FIRs are being registered against them.
Tomorrow they will be produced before court.
