Zia-ul-Haq Amarkhail met with Afghan Taliban leader Alhaj Khalil-ur-Rehman Haqqani in which he announced his support for the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
Earlier, Afghan Taliban leader Khalil-ur-Rehman Haqqani told to Private TV Channel Geo News correspondent Aizaz Syed in Afghanistan that they had not taken the initiative in hostility to the United States and were not doing so.
Khalil-ur-Rehman Haqqani said that when the United States abused the country, he was forced to take up arms.
He said that Ashraf Ghani, Amrullah Saleh and Hamdullah Mohib also have general amnesty and now there is no enmity with anyone.
The Afghan Taliban leader said that Afghanistan would have an organized system that would include all nations, all organizations and educated people. The message for those who go abroad is not to go abroad, but to serve their country.
