Heavy rain with thunder and lightning in and around Islamabad

ISLAMABAD : Islamabad and its environs received heavy rains with thunder and lightning.
Like the rest of the country, the pre-monsoon is in full swing in Islamabad. It rained with the strong winds of the night, the water became one. The trees were uprooted by the wind. The rain that continued till morning made the heat go away and the weather became pleasant. The natural scenery of the city became even more beautiful in the pleasant weather.
The Meteorological Department said that in the next 24 hours, there will be more rain with thunderstorm in Potohar division including Islamabad, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
