No, sir! The game has now begun. In any poor and backward country, the game of making and removing a king is played by only a few groups, because only these groups, individuals or families have the right to play with the fate of the people and the state, while the slogans of the people. In uplifting actor states, the poor people are treated like criminals who are not aware of their sin and crime but are constantly and regularly punished so that the banner of justice and fairness is raised if any justice and injustice is done. If one likes to recognize the difference between the two, then this difference has been very clear in every age. The oppressed are being given the right to live, but otherwise, if the courts are busy giving judgments on the likes and dislikes of the rulers, in political revenge, the workers and voters of the opposition and under-represented party are being bound by the state police in false cases and the judiciary is facilitating the rulers. If you are busy with work, the sanctity of the cloth and the wall is being violated, basic human rights are being trampled, if the judiciary is silent, then the society is becoming more discouraged and courageous instead of being afraid. If rebellion and complaints are increasing, then every sensible person Man understands the truth that justice has gone.
A class war ensues between the people and the state institutions, which you can call class justice. This so-called justice eventually prepares the people to the point where they become ready for war against the state. The disintegration of socialist Russia and The statehood of Pakistan itself was actually the result of a class conflict. In Pakistan, four decisions came from courts whose decisions were eagerly awaited by the people. It is forced to say that the administration is more powerful than the judiciary in this country and the administration is also a question on the independence of the judiciary.
The Panama case was the third case, the decision of which was eagerly awaited by the people. The decision was reached. An honorable judge did not call the Prime Minister innocent, but an honorable Justice awarded the head of the administration with the title of “Godfather” but a Prime Minister.
