Karachi: Three accused arrested for giving Rs 5 million extortion slip to businessman’s son

KARACHI : Three extortionists were arrested in a major operation by the Investigation Police. The accused had given an extortion slip to the businessman’s son.

According to SSP Investigation Haider Raza, the accused had given a slip of Rs 50 lakh to the son of Tajar Fazal Seth. Cases have been registered against the accused under anti-terrorism provisions while arms, cash and motorcycles have also been recovered from the arrested accused.

According to the SSP, the arrested accused include Wasim, Naveed and Suleiman. The accused are involved in theft, robbery and other crimes.
