Maulvi Yaqub’s audio message to the Taliban

KABAL : Maulvi Yaqub, head of the Taliban’s military commission, has issued an audio message to the Taliban.

The head of the Taliban military commission, Maulvi Yaqub, said in his message that the Taliban should not enter anyone’s house, especially in Kabul.

Maulvi Yaqub also said in his audio message to the Taliban that no one is allowed to take a car from anyone.
