ISLAMABAD : Pakistan and PIA won the international case, the Rekodak case was decided in favor of Pakistan.

Pakistan and PIA win international lawsuit, British Virgin Islands High Court dismisses Tethyan Company execution petition In the Rekodak case, the verdict was in favor of Pakistan.

The British Virgin Islands High Court restored PIA’s frozen assets. In the Recodec case, all previous orders against PIA were withdrawn, Rose Welt Hotel and Scribe Hotel Paris will be returned to Pakistan.
