Pakistan is a friend of both US and China: Shah Mehmood Qureshi

ISLAMABAD : Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that Pakistan is a friend of both the United States and China and it is in the interest of the United States to remain attached to Pakistan.

In an interview with Al Jazeera, the Foreign Minister said that the world powers have agreed on a negotiated solution to the Afghan problem.

He added that the US response to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict was slow, adding that the Biden administration could have saved many lives if it had responded in a timely manner.
