LAHORE : The opposition decided to give the government a tough time in the budget. Leader of the Opposition Shahbaz Sharif said that the anti-people budget will not be passed.

PML-N President and Leader of the Opposition Shahbaz Sharif issued instructions to the Party Economic Advisory Council regarding the budget session.

Shahbaz Sharif has said that he will resist budgeting against the public interest and will not allow anti-people budget to be passed.

The Leader of the Opposition directed that a pre-budget seminar should be held so that the people could know the real state of the economy.

He said that economists would explain the reality of economy to the nation in the pre-budget seminar. The country has already lost billions of rupees due to incorrect statistics of wheat.

Shahbaz Sharif said that people were paying the price of government economic manipulation every day due to inflation.
