Russia to supply nuclear-capable missiles to Belarus

Russia has announced to supply its nuclear-capable short-range missile system to its ally Belarus in the coming months.

The Alexander-M system is capable of firing conventional or nuclear ballistic and cruise missiles with the ability to that the targets hit up to 500 kilometers.

Meanwhile, Russian forces have completely captured the key eastern city of Sevdonetsk after weeks of fierce fighting.

Russia’s occupation of the city means that Russia now has full control over the Luhansk region and a large part of neighboring Donetsk. These two regions are collectively known as the Donbas Industrial Area.
