SHO slain in targeted attack in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: Station Housing Officer (SHO) Shahpur Shakeel Khan was shot dead by unidentified persons on his way to a police station in Peshawar.

The Peshawar Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) said the SHO was alone in his vehicle and the assailants chased his vehicle as he was leaving home for the police station.

The CCPO added that the attackers were traveling in a white car and had guns and other ammunition.
