Sir Syed Express train accident, Pakistan Army and Rangers rescue operations continue

RAWALPINDI : After the Sir Syed Express train accident in Ghotki, Pakistan Army and Rangers are conducting rescue operations at the crash site. Army Urban Search and Rescue Team reached the spot from Rawalpindi.
According to ISPR, rescue and rescue efforts are underway at the site of the train accident, Army and Rangers troops are carrying out rescue work at the crash site, while military doctors and paramedics also arrived with ambulances from Pinnu Aqil. According to ISPR, Rahim Yar Khan’s Rescue 1122 team is also involved in the rescue operation. The train frame is being cut to evacuate those trapped in the bogies. Most of the injured have been shifted to Rahim Yar Khan, Ghotki and Mirpur Mathelo hospitals. The critically injured are being airlifted to Panu Aqil.
According to ISPR, a relief camp has been set up at the site of the accident. Prepared food is being provided to the victims of the acc ident.
