The Additional Assistant Commissioner lost his life due to Corona virus

PESHAWAR : Additional Assistant Commissioner Shamsul Islam died of corona virus in Peshawar.

According to the district administration, Additional Assistant Commissioner Shamsul Islam was on duty in Shah Alam area of Peshawar when he contracted corona virus. Additional Assistant Commissioner Shamsul Islam was undergoing treatment at Hayatabad Medical Complex in Peshawar and was on ventilator for the past one week.

Shamsul Islam had also served on the Pak-Afghan border during the first wave of corona virus. He was declared the best officer by the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for his excellent services.
