The first case of Omekron was confirmed in Spain and Sweden

The first cases of the new strain of the global corona virus, Omicron, have been confirmed in European countries, Spain and Sweden.

According to a report by a foreign news agency, a 51-year-old man has been diagnosed with the Omekron virus in Madrid, Spain. The victim returned to Spain from South Africa on November 28.

On the other hand, the Swedish health authorities have also confirmed the first case of Omekron in the country. He said in a statement that Omekron had been found in a man returning from South Africa last week.
