ISLAMABAD : President Dr. Arif Alvi has said that the government has taken several steps to create a sustainable economy and is also focusing on the economic autonomy of women and persons with disabilities.

According to details, a delegation of Federation of Pakistan Commerce and Industry has called on President Dr. Arif Alvi. During the meeting, the economic situation of the country was discussed.

The President said that 1.5 crore families were provided financial assistance under Ehsas Emergency Cash Program during Korona. Despite financial difficulties, Rs 1.2 trillion was provided to the business community. The government is committed to provide a competitive and fair business environment to business peo ple.
