The Prime Minister will launch the ” Kamyab Pakistan ” Project on August 9

ISLAMABAD : The federal government announced the launch of the “Kamyab Pakistan” Plan on August 9, with a consultative meeting chaired by Finance Minister Shaukat Tareen.

 

The meeting was attended by Usman Dar, head of the Kamyab Naujawan Program , and senior officials of the ministry, who reviewed preparations for the launch of the government’s largest welfare project.

 

It was decided at the meeting that Prime Minister Imran Khan would launch a Kamyab Pakistan project on August 9.

Addressing the meeting, Finance Minister Shaukat Tareen said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has decided in principle to expedite public welfare projects, which will be the biggest program of a Kamyab Pakistan government with a welfare agenda.

 

He said that housing projects, skill development and easy loans would be part of the Kamyab Pakistan program, health cards and agricultural services would also be included in the Kamyab Pakistan program.

 

Usman Dar, head of the Kamyab Naujawan Program, told the meeting that a comprehensive plan has been drawn up to lift millions of families out of poverty, for which a budget of billions of rupees has been allocated, with interest-free loans of up to Rs 500,000.

 

 

He said that under the Kamyab Kisaan program, farmers would get interest free loans and money for business, adding that the government would provide technical education to one deserving family member.

 

Usman Dar also said that through the project, people across the country would be included in the locust housing scheme.
