Without resolving the Kashmir issue, meaningful dialogue with India is not possible, says Foreign Office

ISLAMABAD : The Foreign Office spokesman said that India should create a conducive environment for meaningful dialogue, meaningful dialogue is not possible without resolving the Kashmir issue.


Foreign Office spokesman Zahid Hafeez Chaudhry said in a weekly briefing that 12 Indian diplomats visiting Pakistan, including a family of 12, had negative reports. Corona tested her under the code, and one woman tested positive. The woman, along with her driver, was quarantined for 14 days.


He said he wanted lasting peace in Afghanistan and also did not want a security vacuum to be created after the withdrawal of international forces from Afghanistan.


He said that he had taken notice of the incident of protesters throwing bottles at the Pakistani High Commissioner in the UK. Pakistan has informed the British authorities about the incident.


Zahid Hafeez Chaudhry further said that they are in touch with the Turkish authorities when Pakistani passengers are stranded in Turkey due to Corona sanctions, the issue will be resolved soon.
