Saudi Crown Prince, Turkish President discuss latest regional, int’l developments

The Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz held meeting with the visiting Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah.

During the meeting, the two leaders reviewed the current level of Saudi-Turkish relations and opportunities for developing them in various fields.

They also discussed the latest regional and international developments and the exerted efforts towards them.

Meanwhile, President Erdogan along with his delegation also performed Umrah today.

Upon his arrival at the Grand Mosque, he was received by the officials of the two holy mosques.

Saudi Arabia’s King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud also met with visiting Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at the Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah.

The Saudi Press Agency reported that President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said his visit will start a new era of cooperation between the two brotherly countries in all respects including politics, military, economy and culture.

Turkish President said it is in our joint interest to boost cooperation with Saudi Arabia in such areas as healthcare, energy, food security, agricultural technologies, defense industry and finance.
