Chinese Ambassador Nong Rong called on Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa

RAWALPINDI : Chinese Ambassador Nong Rong called on Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa. According to ISPR, DG ISI Lieutenant General Faiz Hameed was also present on the occasion.

According to DG ISPR, Chinese Ambassador Nong Rong called on Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa at GHQ on Tuesday and discussed issues of mutual interest.

According to the Pakistan Army spokesman, the meeting focused on defense cooperation, progress on C-Pack and regional security. On the occasion, the Chinese Ambassador appreciated Pakistan’s sincere efforts for peace and stability in the region.

Chinese Ambassador Nong Rong said that China will continue to provide assistance to Pakistan as a strategic partner.
