A meeting of the Ruwit Hilal Committee will be held today to observe the Shawwal moon

ISLAMABAD : A meeting of the Central Route Hilal Committee will be held in the federal capital today to observe the Shawwal moon. Chairman Ruwit Hilal Committee Maulana Abdul Khabir will preside over the independent meeting.

According to details, representatives of Ministry of Science and Technology, SPARCO and Meteorological Department will also be present in the meeting. Zonal Routet Hilal Committees will meet in Karachi, Lahore, Quetta and Peshawar.

It should be noted that the moon of Shawwal was not seen in Saudi Arabia yesterday. Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated on Thursday, May 13 in Saudi Arabia.
