Gulbuddin Hekmatyar warns India to stop supporting Ahmed Masood group

Gulbuddin Hekmatyar warned India to refrain from supporting the Ahmed Masood group.

 

Hezb-e-Islami chief Gulbuddin Hekmatyar has denied reports of unrest in Afghanistan. It is said that only some incidents of firing took place in Kabul, the rest of the country is at peace.

 

Talking to Pakistani journalists in Kabul, the Hezb-e-Islami chief said that the war in Afghanistan was imposed from outside. The return of foreign forces under public aspirations is welcome.

 

Gulbuddin Hekmatyar also mentioned a viral video of an Indian ex-serviceman during the conversation. He said that the former Indian Army has asked Ahmad Shah Masood to give money and support but India should understand that peace in Afghanistan is in the interest of all.

 

Hezb-e-Islami chief said that we want the security of Kabul airport to be given to a country which does not have wrong intentions about us. There will be consultations for government formation after August 31. I want the Afghan people to be allowed to form the government of their choice.

 

Talking about women, Gulbuddin Hekmatyar said that Shariah dress is permissible for women. The West has no right to dictate to us on women’s clothing in our country.
